Because digital products, online courses, and coaching services provide immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless a specific refund window is clearly stated on the sales page.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full amount of the program. Payments must be completed regardless of participation level or usage.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations of extreme hardship, at the sole discretion of Chantel Funk.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms and may result in revoked access to all programs and services.
